Meeting Minutes - April 25, 2006

Officers meeting:

 Congratulations to our returning E-Fair Chair, Katie Wysocki.

 We also discussed the following Bylaws for the Constitution:

• All current officers that intend to run for office again for the following term, they must become an active member by the day of nominations of that same term.
  
• Anyone intending to run for president, VP or treasurer of AIChE cannot hold or be holding office in any other position within the organization or with any other organization.
  
•  If a person holds two or more office positions in the organization they shall only have 1 vote as an executive officer and member.

•   Bylaw 3 was voted in for approval by the general body, while 1 and 2 were tabled until next semester.
  
•   The end of the year social at Lake Wauburg was cancelled due to lack of space at the lake.  If you have any suggestions for a different social, contact JP.
